How the tasting in our kitchen works
Once you have your venue date availability confirmed you would want to schedule a menu tasting with Antonio to finalize your event/wedding menu. Generally, this works with a choice of entrees and appetizers if that is part of your planning. A small fee is charged per person for the tasting, however, if you do finalize the booking of a date, that fee is taken off your final billing.
Antonio will prepare a sampler of each item you want to try, with some limitations, and have you come to the tasting room/kitchen to go over the details of your event.
A deposit is required at this time to secure your date. Antonio's Catering only books one event per day, so your deposit confirms your commitment to that date, which is why you will need first to have your venue confirmed.
